We know your business depends on ClevaGroup’s ability to provide reliable, uninterrupted service, so in light of recent events we wanted to inform you of our Business Continuity Plan during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The continuity of our services is paramount at this time, so whether we remain in our office or have to work remotely, we’ll still be here to help fix your IT issues.

Please rest assured we will continue to offer remote support throughout any period of remote working.

If you’re a Managed Support customer, we will offer onsite support on a priority basis. If your IT issue is critical to the operation of your business, we will do everything we can to send an engineer out to you.

However, if anyone in your company or building has come into contact with COVID-19, we will not be attending until we can be sure it is safe to do so.

Please note: To protect our engineers from potential illness, we will not be travelling to your homes to fix issues. Home PCs and laptops are not covered in your ClevaGroup support agreement.

 

How Would we Operate Remotely?

As always, we’ll be here to help you when you need us between 08:00 – 17:30 from Monday to Friday in order to maintain ‘business as usual’ as much as possible.

We’re committed to providing you with the best service despite current circumstances and are working to ensure our service and standards are maintained during this time.

 

Support Team

Our Support Team will have access to all software and systems needed to be able to help you with any IT issues. We will be able to answer your calls and emails as usual, our systems are all Cloud based and designed for remote working.

 

Sales Team

Our Sales team will still have access to your account information, be able to order products* and help you with any general, non-support related enquiries.

 

Finance Team

Our Finance Team will be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 09:00 – 17:30.

*Please note that due to many companies preparing for remote working, lots of laptops and other products could be more difficult to buy.

Please be aware that due to high demand, it may take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you. However, we will work to get to everyone as quickly as possible.

Depending on your current ClevaGroup support agreement, setting you up for remote working may incur a cost. If you have any questions on this, please contact your Account Manager.
