This guide will explain how you can setup and amend your forwarding rules and diverts from your 3CX application.
Step 1:- Opening your status menu.
Click or tap on your status in your 3cx application shown below:
Step 2:- Opening the forwarding rules an individual status.
From the list click or tap “>” to access the forwarding rules for the selected status as shown below:
Step 3:- Changing what happens to incoming calls when the selected status is active.
A new window will appear giving options to change what will happen to incoming calls when the selected status is active.
Step 4:- Changing your status
Change your active status. for example, if you have changed the settings for your “out of office” status to forward to a mobile phone remember to change your status to “out of office” when it is required.
