The hosted desktop environment performs many functions, the below hints and tips can help to resolve your issues.

Printer

If you find your local printer not printing in the hosted environment disconnect from the hosted environment and perform a test print on the local PC, the issue will normally reside on your local PC and can anything from a paper jam to an item stuck in the printer queue, once you can print on the local machine reconnect to the hosted environment and perform the print again.

Unable to login to the Hosted Desktop

If you receive an error message when trying to connect to the hosted environment it is always worth confirming you have a valid internet connection, open an internet browser on your local PC and navigate to http://www.google.co.uk to confirm you are able to connect, if you are unable to connect confirm your network cables are connected and your router is working correctly.

Sound Issues in the Hosted Desktop

If you find you have no sound in the hosted environment disconnect from the hosted environment and test the sound on the local PC, confirm the local PC has not had the volume muted, once you have confirmed it is working on the local machine connect to the hosted environment, it is also worth confirming the hosted environment has not had the sound muted also.
